Thank you to all the returning volunteers! Our Faire could not be successful without you and the hard work that you do each year. There are rules that must be followed by all volunteers and participants. All volunteers and participants, NO EXCEPTIONS, must be in costume and must make an attempt to stay in persona at all times. We understand for many this may be difficult, but this is a theme festival. If you need assistance with costuming please note that on your application and we will do our best to help you.

There are many categories for which we seek volunteers. We are seeking people who are highly motivated with a desire to be part of this special event as it continues to grow.

Participant Gate (Fri 9am-12am)

Camping Assistant (Fri 12pm-12am, Sat 8am-9:30am, 6pm-8pm)

Parking Crew (Fri 9am-12am, Sat/Sun 8am-7pm)

Sanitation (Fri 12pm - 5pm, Sat/Sun 9am-7pm)

Security (Must be over 21 years old)

We seek persons of all ages to perform jobs and functions needed to bring this event to a successful completion. We hope you can join us. To thank you for volunteering we offer FREE Entrance to the Faire and FREE Camping to all volunteers. For each FREE weekend (including Entrance and Camping) each volunteer must do 10 hours of volunteer work. Please be sure to sign in with your supervisor to get credit toward this benefit.
